Yes, Baker Places Does Need To Be Defunded

In an ideal world, Baker Places should to be defunded by the San Francisco Board of Supervisors. Because Baker’s mismanagement of funds extends to many of its employees which includes Jonathan Vernick, its executive director, one posits that the entire nonprofit is corrupt. In a practical world, however, it’s difficult to see how the programs of Baker can be transfer to another nonprofit such as The Progress Foundation.  Is there a way to defund Baker Places and reorganize the existing programs?

Note to readers: I am actively engaged in the “Jonathan Vernick Fraud Case,” but I cannot make any comment.
